This supplemental web site provides a summary of our vibrating display results for 19 natural images and 8 sinusoidal gratings. For each result, we show a set of 4 images:

• the target image that we would like to display,
• the four LRIs generated using our method,
• the perceived image when viewed on the vibrating display (this image results from photographing the vibrating display panel with an exposure time of at least 1/30th of a second to capture the smearing along the entire trajectory)
• the static display image is the optimal image, that a static display can produce. This image has the same resolution as the LRIs.

In this html page, all images are scaled and shown at the target image resolution, which is twice the resolution of the LRIs. Therefore, the
four LRIs were enlarged by a factor two. You can click on the target image, our result and the static display result to see these images at
a higher resolution.
